| I stumbled across this and thought...."Hey, I should write something on there...." so here I am writing. Its been too long and WAY TOO MUCH has happened since last time I wrote. I'm engaged, but you probably knew that, I work at CEF HQ, you probably knew that too.....what you don't know is that Luke suprised me on Teus. just to say "I Love you" then went back to KC. He arrived at 11:15 Teus. night and left at midnight....45 min. of fabulous in then middle of a seemingly normal day....my fav. 45 min. I have had this week!! :) Hmmm......anything else?? Oh well I am running in a 5k on Sat. and then another...maybe....on the 17th..... The second one is Jingle bell fleet and you get to tie jingle bells on your feet as you run. I can only imagine the cacophany!!! Ahhhh!!!! crazy I'm sure but fun and out of the ordinary. So whats up with you?? How are you??? Does anyone even do this thing anymore? | | |
| Well Not much to say...all is well Sometimes things can seem like you can NOT get through it but then you always do. God has been by my side so much in the last few weeks. He has reminded me how much he loves and just how personal he is. He has reminded me not to worry but to pray and thank him for everything. he has reminded me that he knows me and my heart and he has a peace that is far greater than anything the world could give me. God reminded me how lucky I am to have a wonderful christian family. He reminded me that his plans are bigger and better than mine. God is Good!!!! and I love Him! | Happy New Year! This past year has been so great! A lot has happened! Looking back: Missions Trips to Miami. New School at Calvary Finding a CEF chapter to work in A lot of new friends A Miami Christmas Looking Ahead: Last Semester of School Graduating in May Summer....unknown CEF work (in Nevada?) and who knows what else....... I hope everyone is having a wonderful day. (oh yeah and in 2 days my man is coming!!!!!)  | Currently Watching

| This week has been SO full of so much to do. I feel awefully overwhelmed but as I was doing my devos the other night I read this verse, it reminded me to be frutiful...to be in ministry that brings fruit and to aboun in love and knowledge and discernment. That is what I am at school for right now. I am here to learn the knowledge of God to be fruitful in ministry and in all this and all that comes from it to give Glory and praise to God because the only reason any of it is possible, commanded or even prayed for is because of what Christ did for us when He died on the cross. You see all of theology, Scripture, God's "Will for us" comes back to this....God is God ultimate creator from nothing, Jesus God's perfect God/Son who lived a sinless God/Human life and died an undeserved death for the sake of mankind out of God's perfect love. But that we don't serve a dead God but Christ rose again and lives!!!!! He will return and complete the plan that God has. Praise the Lord!!! Phillippians 1:9-11 And this I pray, That your love may abound still more and more in REAL knowledge and discernment, so that you may approve the things that are excellent, in order to be sincere and blameless until the day of Christ; having been filled with the fruit of righteousness which comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God. | | |
